Here is a few things to remember Alien.
We paid about 2 months ago first portion of the payment, expecting the design to be done within 2-3 weeks.
This was not the case, in fact you did not manage to finish it in time for WA LA where we stressed we needed it.
Even though you burned us once (first deadline), promised to fix it and have it ready anyway in time for LA (2nd deadline) we decided to still try and work with you as you took already a lot of our time.
We made a clear agreement with what should be fixed and set a third deadline.
One of the points was:
"5. Add text to the following pages and redesign pages. Do not use same designs as are on the current Global Acces website. New designs will be the responsibility of the designer, iAlien, to come up with. Final approval of designs will be by Global Acces"

Today the 12th of december my time (9. All changes listed above will be made to the specifications of Global Acces and a completed site will be presented to Global Acces no later than December 10th, 2008.) after the deadline have passed, you deliver "your new design", while I was studying it I commented to you, "these looks really a lot like our old pages", I reviewed several pages and noticed our new design was a complete copy of our old design as it would appear if the stylesheets was broken, then I checked your source code and could see the EXACT SAME HTML as I worked on fixing when our previous designer delivered his work to get the stylesheets to work correct.
For a quick summery:
1: You are late again (first time shame on you, second time shame on me, third time WTF am I doing)
2: You copied a design and tried to deliver it as your own
3: Not even all pages was finished
4: We even agreed to pay you extra for work you already accepted at one price
5: I still didn't find the icongraphics to deliver a visual presentation on the specified points

This was just a really quick summery, I don't have time to deal with someone that can't finish a simple design within 2 months.

The fact that you used an execuse that you are late because you have other clients doesn't really help me
