I think it's clear who we should BEWARE OF here.
Serious lack of judgement to take this into the public forum AND question the business ethics and practices of Global Acces just because there is a dispute in an unrelated matter.
Threads like this don't do the designer (or designers generally) any favors. There is risk in every business transaction. Somebody is always the wrong side of the money.
This reminds us that we should always be careful to ensure that who is the right side of the money can be trusted to deliver.
