I made a million in the stock market and then lost it all. Greed got to me and i watched it drop all the way back down. The last 200k pretty much was robbed from me with a reverse split.
But i learned how they do business and i want to copy their practices...
Who wants to start a pinksheet stock company with me? We'll start a porn company that generates over a million dollars profit a year. Investors will come flocking over - for most pinksheet companies don't make shit for money or are actually negative by hundreds of thousands of dollars per quarter. After a few months we'll start diluting shares to raise money for a "huge project" that never really comes. Our books and PRs will show we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on web design, web development, advertising, scripting, content licensing, billing, etc. But in actuality we'll own several side businesses. We'll have our own web design/advertising/scripting companies so it looks like we're paying other people but in actuality we'll be pretty much paying ourselves exuberant amounts of money for work we actually have no intention of doing. Then we'll do a reverse split to erase all the investments, start the share count over, and reset the ticker symbol - rinse and repeat.
Anyways that's what happened to me, with an online media company i invested in. It's almost like money laundering, but legal, and with free money from investors.
