When it's possible to colonise the moon and land really is for sale it's probably going to be cheap in order to attract pioneers. (Actually being able to breathe and live on your land could probably be a bit more expensive

Land in my area cost 1 pound per acre when it was "the new world" in the early-mid 1800s. Now to buy an acre here would cost at least $USD350k.
