Your 1945 figure works quite well with the fact that the war with the Nazi's began in 1941 which gave the scientists a few years to come on over and set up shop here in the US. And considering the fact that Prescott Bush and companies funded the Nazi party it's not so hard to believe.

So the Nazis infiltrated all these health organizations and talked them into supporting fluoride so that they could slowly poison us? Did they also cover up all the fluoride related deaths we never see or hear about? Hitler was a bloody genius to have this much foresight. The holocaust was just a diversion toward his real plans of water fluoridation.
