Regardless of whether the theory might have some ground.
Glad to hear you're changing your diet.. like I said of all the changes I've made, the biggest difference I noticed was when I dumped tap water.. check out reverse osmosis ($2 for 5 gallons) water if you want to try it for your self
So while for some people, they can handle it fine, my body apparently couldn't..
perhaps because I was raised on non fluoridated water, but I swear to you, I had a PERFECT dental record until 20 years of age.. until I moved to the city.. and within 5 years I had 0 teeth left that were salvageable.. and was told it was fluorosis..
now my teeth are porcelain, so it don't matter .. but my bones aren't.

Can't you buy reverse osmosis filters? Since I've been drinking a ton of water lately, I've been looking at filters. Will check into the reverse osmosis ones though. Might be better in the long run. I'm honestly too lazy to be lugging jugs around so I'd prefer something in house.
