How old is your friend? He may be suffering from a lack of confidence if he's comparing himself to other guys. If he's in his twenties, tell him to wait until he's 35 before making that decision. In the meantime, tell him to keep that little guy clean and work on his personality, maybe learn something to make him more interesting like gourmet cooking. I had the same issue, being in my 20's in the late 80's when EVERYONE seemed like they were getting breast implants. I realized my self esteem at that point needed more working on than my boobs and promised myself to wait til I was 40 to make that decision. Now at 42 I'm still 100% naturally flat. LOL. But comfortable in my own skin.
