How can I get Penthouse to respond & pay me
This is getting ridiculous and I am getting nowhere.
Received an affiliate cheque on 5th August with incorrect payee name so I couldn't deposit it.
I've sent multiple emails. Once I've gotten a response that gpid# associated with my Penthouse account is incorrect (strange considering that I pasted it directly from the affiliate area), and the 3 times that I have emailed a screenshot indicating that this is was my account says I get no response.
On the 4th (or 5th possibly, I've lost count) email requesting an update I was asked what name I would like the cheques made out to. This I replied to on the 12th of October, which is over 2 months ago.
I've since email a number of times with no response, and either the affiliate ICQ account is never used or they don't reply to messages.
Does anyone have a contact that will actually reply to me, and will help me?
Considering that the payee name in both the Penthouse affiliate area and AFF is correct and has never changed since I signed up I am getting frustrated that it is impossible to fix a mistake that should not have happened.
