One of our customers is requesting a refund for a bootleg DVD, of one our movies. It's a really good copy, we do admit, except it must of been burned on a home DVD player so it doesn't play the minute you insert it in a DVD player. You actually get blue menu, and have to hit play, so that it will play the video_ts file.
He also submitted several DVDs, which he did buy from us, but accidentally had purchased them before in the past. We verified that he did buy them twice, just not the original of the bootleg copy, and will give him a credit so that he can buy more products from us.
I'm trying to come up with a polite way of saying, sorry no refund for this bootleg copy of one our DVDs, which you didn't buy from us. I just can't seam to do it, as I would prefer to send him a brick, or a nice

notice, don't try this again type message?
