Yeah, that's the best way to do it if you want it gone today.

Follow DMCA notice on http://rapidshare.com/abuse.html include every link that has your content, its a pain but its always worked for me. If you did it right, they'll get back to you in a few hours with something like,

Thank you for informing us about this violation of our Terms of Use.
We have removed the files you have specified from our servers.

Furthermore we have added the files to our blacklist, so we will not accept an upload of the same files anymore.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Its probably bullshit, but they've always removed my files reasonably quickly. And hopefully users will get discouraged when they keep clicking links and get 'this file could not be found'.
