I'm saying its 8 years old and you search for the domain name in Google and it doesnt come up? Then I wouldnt pay extra for it.
Buy it because you like it, but dont buy it because you think you can put a site on it and suddenly get ranks high in the serps. Especially if the site has been empty for so long.
I wouldnt buy it because the name isnt memorable.

Youre not going to build a successful business on a site that has the word "shit" on it, unless its a scat site, and good luck with that.
Name 1 site with the word "shit" in the title that is successful, and not a scat site?
