Because the producer is clueless about a model release. Sounds harsh but it's true. No porn producer will do that with a model release. I doubt if MGM will let Robert de Niro have the rights revert back to him after 10 years. LOL

A buyer should be able to check the signature on the model against the signature on the IDs, so no worries there DutchTeenCash. Only problem I have is I don't see the contact details of the producer. Is it in the part that's blanked out and do you have the license to resell the content?

Does the model release actually state ALL RIGHTS on ALL MEDIUMS?
