Krosh has told me that he appreciated my willingness to experiment with different foods, but I usually have someone with me that is at least familiar enough with the cuisine to suggest, "try this with that."
What I put together tasted okay, but wonder what it would be like if I had some guidance. And is this leftover tahini sauce something that would go okay with a salad?
