I didnt leave Jupiter/Navisite just for the hell of it, or for fun, I left them because their services sucked, support tickets went untouched and then closed without any reply, my promised DDoS protection was never delivered to me like they claimed etc etc, I wish we could've had a long happy relationship, but plain and simple, if you want to have a successful business without hassle and without lies and deception, do NOT go with their hosting
