That is the most stupid logic. Almost as bad as "If guns are banned only crimials will have guns". Ok rape is illegal so therefor only rapits can rape. And let's face it that is SOOOOOO unfair. EVERYONE should be allowed to rape. Let's get rid of rape laws because only criminals get to do it.
