But hey, since some people posted in this thread saying that he's a stand-up guy, and since there are people desperate enough to work for very low wages and with no vacation time, then it must be a good deal. But like a few have mentioned above, how far up in the ladder can someone like that go?

Call me old-fashioned, but I am of the few who believe that if you want workers to bust their ass then you have to show them respect. Right off the bat we see that you lack respect and are insolent, if not downright offensive. If you have a brain and any self-esteem, skip this "great opportunity".
