Good for you, if you have the money to fight this and take it all the way I would go for it just on principle alone
I love seeing people stand up for what is right
and even if you don't win and have to pay the $9k, you might light a spark under a MUCH bigger fishes ass than yours and they might take it higher than you possibly could have and knock those assfucks in the gut
