http://www.free-tv-video-online.info/ and you can watch just about any tv show or movie that has been out in the last 2 years, including brand new theatre releases
only downfall is that flash9 is what is on wii, so finding which sites use flash9 is a bitch

I got the wiichip on my box also, so I can watch dvd's, burn other wii games and use them, etc
