So he's suing because the pilots made a life or death decision with only seconds to decide. So what would he have done had the pilots got the plane in the air with flat tires? Did he think it would land ok on flat tires? Hell he might as well sue some illegal tubes and McDonald's with all the people this guy is suing.

I mean yea I know the guy was in a serious crash and likely has emotional and maybe even real scars for life. However suing the dead pilots families is a pretty fucked up thing to do. I'd have to say it makes him an ass hole.
Sue the Aviation company if he feels there was negligence but leave the dead pilots families out of it. This ass is just looking for a money grab and it shows by the simple fact he's trying to sue Leer Jet. What a fucking asshole.
