His banners were delivered at 3pm this afternoon. He placed an order for 10 banners in November and only had instuctions for 5 (he was supposed to send directions for those at an unspecified time in the future). I had his first 5 banners sent for approval the same day he ordered them. He sent an email on Friday with instructions for the final 5, which ended up in my spam box. As soon as I realized I finally had instructions for the remaining 5, they were done within hours just like the first 5. I never recieved an icq or inquiry through my live help on my site, or I would have promptly responded. I have worked very hard to get where I am today and I look foward to my continued success
