put about $20,000 of furniture in that place, or start taking $300 when it's offered.


or, use the following logic, book it everyday at whatever rate you can get, and when booked out 30 days in advance, raise the average rental fee $50 and start asking that, rinse and repeat till your bookings get short, adjust price accordingly...


you know, or just pull random numbers TWO.5 times asking price straight out of your ass after publicly admitting you've got no experience with this... btw, that also means the producer should take $100 hassle fee out of dealing with you because I'm sure you're not all ready with the paperwork, or better yet, don't have paperwork.
