10 pounds can be lost real quick just in water weight. Take some diuretics and eat less and it'll be gone quick. I read somewhere that a boxer loses quite a few pounds during a boxing match in water weight.
I know you're just joking, but in reality we all need to get up and get mobile. I find that I end up at my desk for 10 + hours everyday.
That's a very sedentary lifestyle.
But I do go to the gym and lift weights 5 days a week. So at least that's something.
We all need to get up and go outside a bit too. I have a basketball court here at my new house in Vegas and as soon as the winter is over I plan on shooting hoops every day for cardio to add to my weight training.
