Carry the least amount of "stuff" as possible (glasses, extra clothing etc.)
Put wallet or money in front pants pocket or inner chest pocket(never in rear pocket).
Make sure you have enough money for Bail ($250) and your ID on you, you never know what will happen and you want to be able to get out in two hours instead of two days should you get caught up in disorderly conduct or even a non violent misdemeanor. keep alcohol in unmarked containers (paperbag is not enough if you piss off a cop or if he's a dick, unmarked bottles would have to go to the lab and cause him extra paperwork so he won't bother ticketing you). Open alcohol is technically illegal no matter if it's in a bag. Shit happens, some guy steps on your foot and you accidentally shove a cop, and he'll be looking to fuck you somehow. Cops hate this shit and are pissed to be there.
Keep any women in front of you or they will get groped. Try to get them to leave pocketbooks at home. This is also the easiest way to get in a fight...
