I agree. You spent too much time on the skin, and it looks a little fake and Photoshopped. Part of the reason to even edit a photo is to clean it up so it's "Natural" looking without all the "Ugly" stuff. Blurring can be your friend or your enemy. Too "Fake" looking, and oversaturated tends to give off the effect of "They had to doctor the pictures. The video or the real model must not be very good." if it's done wrong. Which is the opposite of what you are trying to accomplish by editing the picture.
EDIT: On black skin, try bringing your yellows down a hair.
