oh boy, don't get me started on fedex - those fuckers are scammers. i've had so many bad experiences with them, i refuse to send anything through them anymore. unfortunately, my mum still uses them so the package she sent on the 20th of Dec. STILL hasn't made it to my place.
i say sue em. seriously. and if you do, i'd totally join forces with you!
