You recall who you spoke with? Was there ever a ticket number generated that I can look up? I'm on ICQ 560 54 895 if you care to hit me up about this. Also, I am curious if this was a custom dedicated quote you were after as all of our virtual and shared plans, as well as standard dedicated plans, are listed on the site, so whomever you spoke with should have been able to give you prices on any of those... either way, my apologies for whatever may have gone wrong, though I would like to figure out where the process broke down with you and when this was.
