vimax is located in canada so they can say "penis enlargement" with no problems with FTC.. other mainstream companies u see on TV ie. enzyte, etc. need to say male enhancement because of FTC.
if they were allowed to say PENIS ENLARGEMENT or your PENIS will grow 5 inches, their sales would go through the roof
