I see 2 incidents in Retard Josh's own post in this thread where he took money and did not do the work he was paid for.
Then he got upset because the people who paid him for work he didn't do were unhappy with him.
He admits to it and offers various whiney excuses for his actions, yet they were his actions.
I think that fits the definition of a scammer.
