you'd think with as much shit that goes on there... tragedy wise, (earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.) on a mass level they'd be better organized and ready for such things.

They had firemen slinging burnt up girls over their shoulders and running them to ambulances. Wouldn't that, like fuck he victim up more? They're already burnt the fuck up, running them to an ambulance looks pretty violent, her burnt up arms are swinging all over the place, her head is bouncing around... Madness.
