Definitely a sweet deal for someone who wants licensed content, a site set up for them, good converting content in a niche, and all they have to do it promote their site for the first year.
Not to mention help in getting their clip store(s) set up, etc.
You have a year, maybe two, depending on how you use your content, to learn the trade, recoup your money, build traffic, sales, and so on before worrying about content again.
