This one I would have to agree. No offense to Ginger.
But he apparently has been taking everyone's b.s. long enough and starting to fight back. He is like a caped crusader covering all of GFY with the ball busting the past couple of weeks.
Like someone else said in another thread. I can't say I had ever really known the name Retox Josh until the past month when he was everywhere. While I saw some other handles mentioned, even those did not really stick out.
However, it could be the whole Irish thing. Much like mcfadden, and that is why I now more easily recognize and remember the handle.
