Um, the first one I will refund to this point if he asks me too, I said I fucked up, it was 5 years ago. The second he threatened me over the phone and physical harm to my family because I didn't have a job done in 1 week. 3rd, show me the third? not to mention I've done alot of work for people since those 2, and they can back me up.
