Why do customers get so crazy sometimes?
The best way for you to get shitty customer service from us is to say something like this in your e-mail...
"Where the fuck are my dvds? This shit fuckin sucks, never doing business with you guys ever again dumb fucks. Are you going to ever send them or what?"
Turns out this guy typed in the wrong address when he ordered and they got lost in the mail as a result, never came back to us. We were very nice to him and are even sending him out another package at our expense but I put him at the very back of the customer service line.
