maybe you can't relate being in Montreal, but how about this scenario just to give you an example that might make more sense to you..... how about if you were standing there and saw 5 H.A. roughing up some guy, not killing him, but just roughing him up a little, are you going to jump in? If you say yes, then you are a bit on the suicidal side of things and might be lucky to survive a lifetime of natural causes.

you also don't understand the culture here, I have been in restaurants where people start shooting outside, the private security pulls their guns and checks out the situation and tries to chase the bad guys out of there, and restaurant management doesn't call the police because it does no good and they don't want the extra hassle, 15 minutes later it is business as usual
