Sadly, there should NEVER be a reasonable answer to violence by launching rockets or blowing up buses with innocent people. Trust me, I am NOT a fan or supporter of Israel. That Palistians had/have a chance to live in peace if they stop ALL violence. Their problem is to get world support they need to stop the violence for years not months.
