Give it some time and Israel might just do that - but they won't be targeting the countries you've mentioned. Israel doesn't play around and their leaders are lucky in that they won't have the political backlash from its' people for some "ethnic cleansing" with a few nukes that leaders in the U.SA. would suffer.
On an international level, they're would be political outcry but behind closed doors, it would be more of an "it's about fucking time" attitude.
