Absolutely no rush to sell this one, at the moment I'm just looking for offers. Not only does it receive traffic and revenue being parked over one year, it's the perfect adult name for an adult DVD store, etc lots of development potential and branding possibilities.

I've never developed or advertised it. All traffic is from an unknown source (probably type-ins, as I said before haven't optimized it yet)
Roughly it has received
9385 unique visitors between beginning February 2008 - end December 2008. Traffic seems to be increasing significantly, especially around holiday season in December 2008 it received 1,600 unique visitors.
In the same time frame as above, it's made approximately $180 US.
Last month there was 260 clicks on the ads, turning into $22 USD. As you can see, it has definitely not been optimized yet (I'd suggest moving parking services).
