I think she's cute enough, very nice body, but in my experience, could go topless very quickly can mean anything..... and usually means NOT.
Models are flaky, unpredictable, odd, and sometimes normal. If you have a commitment for a NN site right now, then that's all you have and I wouldn't waste my time with NN. Lots of effort, little return. Unless of course you like the gamble on this one and are confident you will get there, then go for it. But if it were me, I would say find another one. Plenty of fish out there.
I do like them asians though.. so extra point for that one :D
