so basically they are saying it is all rigged, that the printing on the tickets means nothing and it is predetermined whether a ticket wins or not, which we already knew, but they don't advertise them that way
the instructions on the ticket say that if you match 3 or whatever that it is a winner, they should have to pay up in full, regardless of printing error, they set the rules of the game in the first place
they can put a freeze on selling any more of those tickets, but the ones they already sold should be considered a contract with the purchaser, regardless of what clause they want to back out on
