If I do recall, BigD was down and out and really needed help at the time. But wasn't asking for help so much as a job.
Craig (MakingCoin) gave him that job so that he could dig himself out of a hole that he was in.
If you judge Craig badly for wanting to help someone (no matter what you or anyone thinks of him), then you're the bad judge of character, not him.
