I am trying to look at this from both points.. I come from and again live in an area that does HUGE tourism. So with that in mind I can understand not wanting to offend the tourists. HOWEVER. If that beach makes most of its money from local tourism and locals in general, then the tourists ( Arabics Or who ever ) can simply go some place else, or they can make a separate beach for the people that dont want to see some tits.
