Some of you mention that this isn't the Sunny you know. I'm with you! This isn't the Sunny I know and have been doing business with for the last few years. All of this stuff was monthly SEO maint, basic site maint, site design. All sorts of stuff over many months. I would have never thought she would do this, but eh... Shit happens.
