Unless sunny specifically formulated an SEO plan that Lindsay didn't follow, how is Lindsay wrong? I'm ASSUMING Sunny entered into a consulting agreement based on the faith she had in Lindsay to bring her the results she wanted OR Lindsay SOLD her on her services.

Business is business, how many of you have paid a designer to design something without giving them any direction & got exactly what you wanted?

You can't give your money to an investor & then get it back because they lost it, it would be YOUR fault for picking (or being sold) on the wrong investor.
