Exactly like playing golf, or pool.. with practice of course. You learn to kill every other body since or thought, so the focus is so strong the picture so perfect, that only the end result that you picture could happen so when it doesn't, you are almost shocked.

Ive noticed the tunnel vision thing and it saeems when that happens its like the board almost seems to come closer to you (might sound weird) but as I aim and focus its like the board scoots towards me a little and my vision focuses on a single area and bam it lands perfect, but hard to do constantly...
i watch Phil Taylor do 9 dart finishes and its like, damn... that guy really is good.
