The point was it is silly to say americans don't understand because islamic terrorism doesn't affect us when we have had even by your own admission MORE people killed than israel has. so it does affect us. Saying it doesn't is silly.

You own words were number of Israeli's killed by Islamic terrorism compared to number of American's killed. I merely responded to that. You didn't say anything about rocket attacks. Were any of the Americans killed in rocket attacks? Absolutely not. I never said anything about American's not understanding, you always complain about people putting words in your mouth so don't put them in mine.
Personally I find the whole thing to be ridiculous. The Palestinians should have been absorbed into another Arab country after Israel won the War of Independence. Whether it is right or wrong it is what happens when you lose a war, period. The Israeli's drove a lot of Palestinians out before the war, but far more left voluntarily and joined Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon in the fighting. They were told by those countries to leave and that the Jews would be destroyed, and then they would be able to reclaim their land. Guess what, it didn't happen, so too bad. Rather than give a shit about their "Arab brethren" and absorb them into their countries they created the "Palestinian Problem" by refusing them and forcing them to become refugees.
By the way, a lot of Europeans are living on Jewish lands and in Jewish homes that they just waltzed into after the Jews were rounded up in the Holocaust. Did the Jews ever get that back? I don't think so. A lot of Jews that lived in Arab countries long before Islam was an itch in Mohammed's pants lost their land, home, businesses, money, etc. when Israel was established, and do you think they ever got that back?
