This chart leaves out a lot of the caveats that are in place. An example goes something like in Texas 17 and older is legal **as long as** the other person is at an age within 2 or 3 years. So if I was to fuck a 17 year old in Texas when I'm 25 then it's illegal. If I were 19 then it'd be O.K.
