On another note I spoke with Lindsay from Pointer Advertising... She isn't going to post in the thread any more. But I got a laundry list of items that were done.
Server Migration from one host to another
Backend programming for some NATs and MAS customization
Design and development of the new site launch
General Webmastering
Affiliate Management
and some small SEO
She said more but I can't recall it all
Based on that list I think 9k is easily warranted.
