Wow, I'd love to know the URL in order to comprehend how you're making so much off of this.
If the site is really this consistent, I would charge at least 12 months of revenue for it. Not only would the buyer be getting the stability of the average earnings, they would also have the opportunity to really hit the jackpot, should a huge sex tape come out. Imagine a Jessica Simpson (or someone of that magnitude) home video getting leaked. If this happened, according to the numbers in your original post, the buyer would recoup their initial investment plus big time profit in no time. Whether the next big sex tape comes out next month or a year from now, eventually one will come out, making this a solid investment for someone with deep pockets. This is, of course, assuming all of the numbers above are legit. Which I have no reason to believe they aren't.
