I would have to agree that sprinkling powdered Hollandaise over the eggs would be pretty nasty
But once you add the milk, butter and a little lemon juice to that packet of Knorr well... the only way to compare is to go out and try it yourself.
BTW I have owned a restaurant and I do know how to cook Eggs Benedict the old fashioned way.
I was just trying to let people know that they can enjoy this tasty dish in less than 5 minutes.
