Motorhead, sometime in the 80's
Nothing even comes close. I have seen hundreds of metal shows. Nobody was even in the ballpark of Motorhead. Not Slayer, not LoG, not Morbid Angel ... nobody. "Everything Louder than Everything Else" isn't just a phrase they put on their t-shirts.
